David's brother update

From Paul's wife, Margaret...
Dear Everyone
As you all prepare for Sunday, it seemed the right time just to fill
you in with what is happening. We are so grateful for all your love and
prayers during this time. We give thanks to God for healing.

Paul came home on 2nd April and we immediately noticed the difference
in that he was able to walk upstairs without getting breathless. The
first few nights were uncomfortable but day on day he is improving. He
can now walk a couple of km (although yesterday we turned back as an
arctic blast, lightening and thunder started). Sleeping is getting
easier.

We're still avoiding public places as catching a cold with its coughs
and sneezes would be too painful. Everyone is telling Paul to pace
himself .. not easy!

In mid May we start 2 x 2 hours per week cardiac rehab together (By
then I will have left work!) and already the physio known as 'jumping
Charlie' has been in touch with wise advice. In the mean time we need
to keep on with walking on the flat and resting.

Once again lots of love and thanks to you all
Margaret and Paul
