David has been asked to be pastoral dean of the college, as well as 'chairing' the managers' group coordinating the numerous departments for the Foundation. The challenge is to help each department develop their vision and then see how they each fit in the broader scheme of things. These departments include Pastors' College, 
School Teachers' Training, Womens Ministry (education of leaders), Agricultural research and development, Playground Construction (carpentry and metalwork), 
animal breeding (pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits) & butchery etc... It's a fun challenge with great people to work with.
