We were offered a wonderful array of delicacies while in Masailand, one of which was goat stew. The meat looked delicious although quite fatty so when the dish next to it came around I ladled a generous spoonful onto my plate. The meat looked much less fatty and chewy although maybe a little dry..... after my first bite a discovered that I was mistaken this was not goat meat but goat kidney...... one bite down ..... 10 more to go........gulp! and chew
