Baby Joshua is from an orphanage in Arusha. His father died of AIDS and his mother is dying. He needs our prayers. He is being tested for HIV soon. When he was picked up by his foster mother he was unresponsive and lethargic. Now he gurgles with laughter and communicates his needs. All after a few days. It is amazing what love can do with some one on one attention.
